1. Services Provided

  • Quizzes and assessments
  • Live classes via Zoom
  • Recorded class videos
  • Study notes and LMS features

2. User Accounts

Users can register using email and password (email verification required) or Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Payments and Pricing

  • Payments are accepted only via eSewa
  • Course prices may change for future batches
  • Once enrolled, users will not be charged again for the same batch

4. ❌ No Refund Policy

All purchases are final.

  • No refunds
  • No cancellations
  • No chargebacks

This applies even if you do not attend classes, do not complete the course, or face personal or technical difficulties.

5. Content Ownership and Restrictions

All course materials (videos, notes, quizzes, live class recordings) are the exclusive property of Edunex Nepal.

  • Downloading videos
  • Screen recording
  • Sharing accounts or login credentials
  • Redistributing or reselling content

Violations may result in permanent account termination without refund.

6. Live Classes

  • Live classes may be recorded and reused as course content
  • Abusive or inappropriate behavior is not allowed
  • Violating users may be removed or banned

7. Account Suspension or Termination

Edunex Nepal may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, piracy, fraud, misuse, or account sharing. No refunds will be provided after termination.

8. Service Availability

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by internet issues, power failures, Zoom service issues, maintenance downtime, or technical problems beyond our control.

9. Educational Disclaimer

Edunex Nepal provides educational support only and does not guarantee exam results, grades, or academic success.

10. Limitation of Liability

Edunex Nepal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Nepal.

12. Changes to Terms

Terms will be updated only when necessary. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of updated terms.
